How much do I have to make in order to qualify for this property?
The minimum household income (before taxes) for our properties is 3 times the rent. This would include all sources of income from any adult listed on the application and lease. All income must be verifiable.
Do you allow animals?
Yes, we do allow most animals unless our insurance company explicitly prohibits us from doing so. We do collect a refundable pet deposit of $300 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3 or more pets. We also charge a monthly "pet rent" of $25 for 1 pet, $40 for 2 pets, and $50 for 3 or more pets. To see a list of excluded animals, look here.
How much is the deposit?
The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.
Can I have a broken lease or eviction?
No, we do not accept tenants with broken leases or evictions.
Can I have a previous felony?
No, we do not accept tenants with previous felonies.
I have been at my job for less than a year. Does that matter?
Yes. We prefer for all applicants to be at their current job for a year or longer. This does not result in an immediate disqualification, but it does make you less competitive as an applicant, and we might ask you to pay a larger deposit. If you recently switched jobs, but didn't have a lengthy gap in employment, and you stayed in the same field, this will not be held against you.
How long are your leases?
We offer 12 and 24 month leases.
